Dear Members, 

Please be advised that effective from this weekend (Sat 1/6 and Sun 2/6), until further notice, if you do not show up for your game without cancelling by 6pm the prior evening you will not be able to book in the following Thursday.  You will be able to book in from 9am Friday morning.

Ideally, in consideration for your fellow members, we all should be in the habit of cancelling our names from the timesheet as soon as we know we are not playing so that someone else may take your place.

Days with extreme weather conditions will be excluded at the discretion of the Men’s Golf Committee.

If you have extraordinary circumstances for non attendance you may apply to be included in Thursday’s nights draw by contacting the Men’s Golf Committee via email at match@srgc.net.au.
