Savannah Webb wins in Wagga Wagga

At the weekend Savannah Webb led the West Sydney Academy Golf Team down to Wagga Wagga for the 2024 Regional Academy Games.
After the 1st round Savannah led the leaderboard with a score of 79, +6. Going into the 2nd round she was only leading by +1 so really had to keep it together but she kept strong and won the 2nd round with another score of 79. Overall she finished with a score of +12, winning the Girls Event by 4 shots.
Savannah has rightly earned her place for the end of year Major JNJG Event at Bonville. Unfortunately the Sydney West Team overall didn’t do quite so well and lost to the Western Regional Team.
Great golf and something great to work towards whilst representing SRGC. Congratulations Savannah.
